It all depends on how bad your pain is. For me, for example, it helps just to take a warm shower, drink chamomile tea, and sleep in a dark room.

Migraine is a terrible, serious disease, which is also accompanied by a lot of very unpleasant symptoms. I do not think that folk methods can really help. The frovatriptan describes remedies that help relieve the pain. I don't think teas can be that effective.
