その後、Aさんがロトレーダーの指導元で取引を開始し、ぐに利益が出ましたプロトレーダーが5月大相場があるので、10万から15万ドルで運用しようと勧め、Aさん50万円（約5000ドル）入金し、その後、1000ルの出金もできまし。結果的に合計550万を入金していました

数日後、AさんがFX会社の「担当者」を名乗る人から、「20%の税金（280万日本円）を代納しないといけない」と男性に連絡があって、入金を要求しました。その後、取引で利益が出るため、さらに260万円の税金を代納するように、Aさんに支払強要しました。信用ていたので、その男に言われた通り、提された個人名義の銀口座に振り込んでいした。

次にMT5口座が凍結されて、FX会社担当者らAさんの口座はマネーロンダリングの疑いがあるため、400万円の罰金をと連絡が来ました。不審と思ったAさは罰金は応じませんした。その後も「担者」と女性から、「分の金額でもいいか」と凍結解除の為、金を振り込む等連絡届き続けています。
Aさんはすでにこがfx詐欺事件と認定、警察に通報し、利用されている個人名義の銀行口座は凍結されています。

調べによると、MT5口座はThinkMarketsではなく、Shine Traderという名称で、その「担当者」のメールアカウントはspotterfxpteとなっていました。
