Solution 1: Check for Multi-User Mode

Make sure that the company file is not set to multi-user mode. You can check this by going to "File" > "Switch to Single-user Mode."
Ask Other Users to Log Out:
Ensure that all other users who have access to the company file log out before attempting to open it.

Download and Run QuickBooks File Doctor:
Download and run the QuickBooks File Doctor tool from the official Intuit website.
The tool can automatically diagnose and fix issues related to company files.

I have been using QuickBooks for the last few years, and it was working fine. Recently, when I tried to get into my company file, it started giving me QuickBooks error 6073 and 99001 on my computer screen. I had made several attempts to resolve the issue but couldn’t find any suitable match. As suggested, I have implemented all the resolution methods listed on the Intuit troubleshooting page, but nothing worked. I hope you can feel our pain and will help me with this difficulty.
