Your Cash App might be outdated or connected to the internet if you can't add money to cash app card. First, ensure your bank account balance is sufficient, then make sure your Cash App is up-to-date and you have internet access.
If all the details are correct, launch the Cash App. Enter the desired amount in 'My Cash' section. Confirm the transaction by entering a PIN or using Touch ID. If everything looks OK, close and reopen the Cash App.
